I actually think the influence of Adeboye and his Rccg is been over emphasised.Rccg represents less than10% of the Nigerian christian population. Even the Roman Catholic church is about 6 times the size of Rccg

Read Genesis 27, once Isaac pronounced his blessings over Jacob, Esau was left with nothing. In verse 38, Esau lifted up his voice and wept and begged his father Isaac thus: '... Have you not ONE blessing for me, my father ...', but Isaac had none to share.

In Numbers 23, Balak (the type of APC) wanted the GOD to curse Israel (a type of GEJ), in verse 20 - 21, the Bible says, 'Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. ... the Lord his God is with him (GEJ), and the shout of a king (PRESIDENCY) is among them.'

SIMPLE LESSONS FOR CHRISTIANS:

Lesson 1: Blessing/Curses come from God. No man has control over your life except God. This includes high priest or voodoo priests.
