Chivita, I am a fan of your company but you guys have to step-up quality control.

My family members consumed the juice before discovering this object at the bottom.

Have no plans to sue them but whoever can prevent such from happening in future should do so.

I believe they do a decent job of manufacturing their products. However, slip-ups may happen in any human endeavour but it should be minimised to almost zero.
