First u must understand that snorring results from narrowing of the air passage during sleep which results from d vibration of muscles,tonsils or adenoids(structures fencing the air passage)
U must also identify it, dt itz nt an emegency ,if u stop breathing for minutes during sleep nd u start again that might be pointing to Obstructive sleep apnea which can result in memory loss,stroke,generalised body pain,headaches.
Also let ur patner note the sound u produce during sleep
Check ur uvula(the pointed structure at d back of d mouth) if it is big and pointed,the tip should be round normally(to correct that u mite need a partial uvulectomy)
Sleep with ur side,if u do nd still find ursef at the middle of the night sleeping on ur back,u can attach a pingpong ball to your back
Exercise ur tongue by sticking it out and move it side ways
Do isometric exercise to reduce your weight
Eat less fatty foods
Add urs
