Ex-employee Ylser Oliver, has issued a legal proceeding against the singer claiming she was forced to work up to 16-hours-a-day, seven days every week without correct meal breaks or any more money in her pay envelope as compensation for her additional hours.

According to legal papers filed at Manhattan tribunal, Ylser claims she began working as an assistant for Mariah in March 2007 and her duties enclosed tidying up her Tribeca home in the big apple and organizing repairs to the property, packing her baggage for trips, tending to her "personal desires," traveling with the R&B star on her business
