The codes are generated randomly such that each batch of coupons will have no visible similarity between their codes.
It is an automated process, whose actual workings or algorithm is not revealed.

Information about the exact algorithm used by telecom companies isn't available in public domain.

There is no tool at our disposal which can find how the random codes are generated.
So, we just can't guess the code.
