Please how much is the entry level salary of HND holder in any federal govt parastatals? |

The entry salary grade is Grade Level (GL)08 but some 07. Meanwhile u know dt some parastatals operate different scale like hattis in wh case some hnd graduates r placed on hattis 06, hattis 07, d reason 4 d disparity i do not but i wish someone may clear d cloud. Tml. 2 Likes |

I work in a federal university where the entry level is level 7step2.why entry level for medical doctors and lawyers are 9 and 8 respectively. |

To calculate the entry level salary of an HND holder in govt parastatals, could it be accurate or near accurate to multiply the minimum wage (N18000) by the level (say GL8)? |

Kentnickole:No it doesn't work that way. You can not just multiply ... Everything depends on a consolidated salary scheme as proposed by the govt agency. That is why a level 8 can earn 120k in govt agency A while another level 8 can earn as low as 50k in agency B but are both recognised as Level 8 officers in the civil service. 2 Likes 1 Share |
