its a monthly plan but i don't think it works on BB,bcuz a friend that once did it on his BB couldn't make use of it. So,i presume its for android only & that's what i've been using since sept till now.

Bro of course you can download video... about 15mb files list I can say. it's not a data for heavy download.. just for web surfing..
