I doubt if they will send slot this year, because officially the nomination end on 1st week of July of every year, FSB will notify the scholars about the decision made by the universities of their choice 2nd week, they will ask the successful applicant to bring their IP for visa towards ending of July. Between the 1st of August to 14th all the Visa would be ready, and scholars are expected to start leaving from 16th of August except Russia that normally depart late, sometimes they use to depart 2nd week of September.

The application has ended for this year. They only call for interview once in a year.
