Am not sure you understood that statement correctly. They said fill online OR download and we have already filled and submitted online. The problem is how to get the copies which we'd submit at the exam venue.

And about advertising the program-I heard that the site is never open unless its time for application. Am not sure about anything as I've never applied before.
We'd need people with experience to enlighten us.

The website is currently open because the nomination for Commonwealth scholarship is ongoing . Even, as at last year, the scholarship was officially advertised in February, and that was when applicants were able to complete and download the form, despite the fact that it was possible to access the BEA application page.

Refrees can b ur teachers, parents, as long as dere are able to stand up for you when the need arises.
