I have registered mine, all you need is your JAMB registration number for ND that you wer admitted with, In summary you should go with you JAMB result for OND and your OND or HND or Bsc certificate depending on the one you are applying with

What if someone is using A-level to apply..what registration number wil he use?

for part time applicants, I heard u will have to pay for jamb regularization in your school to get a jamb registration number.
