Are you for real? So are you trying to tell me that one of the most important metabolic fuel in the body causes all these? Common go do your research again. If you tell me excessive consumption of refined sugar can cause most of all these ailments, i will quite agree. Do you know that the sugar that fruits contain is healthy for the body. Do you also know that without sugar your body-system would be shut down.

Too many cooks spoil the Broth,

There is only one rule,...
"Do all things in moderation"
The body needs Glucose in a pretty big amount,
The body is equipped with metabolising machineries that wouldn't disappoint under normal conditions...
When the standard amount is taken in, illness or diseases won't be the next choice of action!.
