i used my etisalat modem this Morning but i had to shut down cos i had to go somewhere. When i came back i plugged it in but my computer is not recognising it. I've tried several times but it's still not recognising it. the removable disk icon is showing on the task bar but not on my computer and the etisalat programme is not coming up automatically. when i launched the modem there was no network signal. Pls i'm confused i don't know what else to do. What should i do?

i even tried to uninstall and install but still the same, restarted my pc but error still persist someone please help
