prop1: Funny how we pride in our backwardness! C'mon man, with all the technology available these days, Nigerian agents still don't get it. You'll close deals faster if you have pictures. Period!! It's done everywhere else in the world. I noticed the reason most agents don't like posting pictures is because they are either 3rd or 4th party agents, probably never even seen the house and are just looking 2 milk some handsome commissions. You ar selling yourself short by not posting pics. U r limitating your market because people abroad like me interested will not buy jack shitt without pics. So, go ahead and sell only to folks that can only meet with you in person, A.K.A folks that resides in nigeria only. Untill you guys start posting pics , trust me, the percentage of the nigerians abroad interested in your so called property will always be very very loooooooooowwwwwww. Good luck . |
