An SSCE holder can't apply for dssc, but can apply for NAF BMTC which is for airmen/airwomen, the application process is going on at the moment .

No, it's only for Bsc/HND holders. They just concluded the one for SSCE not long, in fact they are yet to resume for training. But u can apply for that of Airforce I.e airmen and Airwomen.
