Love is almost a universal thing that exist between all creatures.
Either be it among human beings or among animals, love does exist.
This Love can be inform of love of parents to their children, love of
children to their parents, love of a boy to a girl as otherwise, the love
between you and a fere or the love between husband and wife. The
nature of the love would make it vary from the other. But it all aims at
showing care, affection and feelings to one another.
Being in Love is one of the things that took me so long to achieve.
When i say being in love, I mean an extra ordinary kind of love. I was
that kind of a guy who always gets shy when to talking to girls. You
can actually call me someone who has phobia for girls. But with the
fact that i do not talk to them doesn’t mean i don’t admire them.
There was that one Girl, Yerseerah, that I have always admired since i
was in Junior class in secondary school. She was a girl every boy
then wanted to have as his girlfriend or to be seen working around
with. She is fair in complexion, tall at a normal height, has long dark
hair that is very much appealing to the eye, she has a very sweet
voice that intoxicates the ears and sends a vibration to the spine and
the body as a whole.
I was deeply in love with this girl in such a way that whenever i see,
my heart skipped a beat, as a wordsmith, i have always wrote
wonderful creative letters just to woo her and take her off her feet. But
the letters end up worned out in my pocket or between my books. At a
certain point, the girl left our school and from then on we never met
again.
I Proceeded with my studies and there i was at Ahmadu Bello
University, Zaria. On a fateful day, i was at Frizzlers restaurant taking
my lunch, i was busy gulping up the plate of rice that was lying in
front of me when i heard a very sweet voice call out to me
“Abdulbaseet” the voice said.
As i raised my head up all i saw was a beautiful elegant girl standing
in front of me. She was certainly a girl i have never seen before. I sat
there wondering who these girl was but was puzzled. she noticed that
and she said to me, in her vernacular “Yerseerah ce fah.”…..
