I have come to notice that after eating beans,people generally drink a lot of water. What could be the cause? |

Even potato..  Back then in sec school they feed us mostly with bean/potato so immediately we leave the dining we rush to gulp water so we'll be fully satisfied.. They think we dont know  |

I ate beans this morning and even before today i've always noticed that i drink water too much after eating it but then no justifiable reason behind it...maybe science has answers |

its because of the palm oil used in cooking it. it causing a sensation in the mouth/throat. |

Beans are mainly starch, and starches eg potatoes, wheat products, always need water for better digestion. |
