The same with a Man name Emmanuel Onyechere Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe who was given a Multimillion dollar Oil lifting contract by Gen Buhari when he was Petroleum Minister despite the attempt by people to stand in the way against that man.......Yet some uninformed people will say Buhari hates Igbos or does not have any plans for them
