The Welfare program will cost the govt about 800 million naira monthly. That is less than 20 million dollars oil money missing. Or less than Jonathan's food budget for the year. Are we saying our government cannot afford one billion naira a month to assist the poorest amongst us? It is a programme that is sustainable.
