Most people think that dreadlocks is dirty and unkempt but that isn't true! In fact, people with locks wash and maintain their hair more often than those who wear loose hair!

The amount of patience, hard work, tenacity n maintenance given to locks makes it a unique hairstyle/lifestyle.

I'm happy that there's a natural hair revolution going on and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Some people grow them for spiritual/religious reasons while some people grow them as a lifestyle or hairstyle.

The beauty of locks is that if well groomed, they grow like well-watered palm tree!

The extremely short ones that look irresponsible but the long ones like dat of Dakore looks great.....The dreads you'll see on some kids can make you vomit.

Eeyah...it isn't easy but you can give it a try. Who knows, you might learn to be patient through growing of locks. It has made me a more patient person
