Thank you very much for the complements. The building cannot enter the land as it is bigger than the land.

Seeing most people love this particular design but have a problem with the size, I will do another like this with a smaller width and post it here.

It's not in a duplex format sir, the specifications I gave are for the ground floor and first floor. It's a flat.
