@4peace Our network providers have not gotten to that level yet. Just like the 3G trick that we have not tested yet, not in all state i guess.

By my little knowledge of wifi its not depend on our network provider .its another way of browse free with right configuration.

well i believe tha wifi/wlan thang works for (wireless) networking in general (even if it has internet as part of its features)

Wifi is not dependent on network carrier but on open access point known as hotspot.there are many in lag.but some are passworded.silverbird has an open hotpot.

I dont know 'bout u guys. . . ,bt wheneva I see any wi-fi service 'hotspot' . . . . . I just right click, click on properties. . . . . . ., click on encryption type. . .and change it to none. . . . Once I do that,. . . I'll be able to authenticate the access point. . . . . . But when I connect, I'm always limited to local connectivity. . . .
So I just launch freegate, put it on auto-detect. . .and wait 4 freegate to load servers. . .and fire on. . .

By the way guys, do u know Freegate nw works with zain wap 4 free. . . .just set it on auto-detect, . .and click ok. . , . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I like it beta dn gpass. . Or the others cuz it responds fast. . . . . . . . .

Only works for mobile phones cuz it doesn't support infrastructure only ad-hoc.tried it with psp but didn't work cuz psp browses in infrastruct.except a new version supports that.in the one u have

Yes,it was mentioned in their website that for now it cannot support devices like psp,nitendo ds but they are working on it to improve its compatibility with other devices.

I recommend skyfire browser for wifi cuz it eats credit like mad.heard it supports ajax.but it swallowed my 100 testing facebook with it.and still didn't finish.

Skyfire only works wit internet connection and u hv to register it with a U.S mobile number b4 u can use it.
Bolt browser too is a good java mobile browser, i used it to get 3 videos frm youtube wit zain wap
