The Prophet(s.a.w)teachings- In Response To The Cartoons( Charlie Hebdo) by munex007(m): 9:37pm On Jan 13, 2015
Prophet Muhammed(S.A.W) cartoon published in Charlie Hedo magazine edition since Paris terror attacks. This is a time of using our intellect and professional etiquette as taught to us by the Prophet Pbuh.

In the early Makkan period when the antagonists far exceeded the Prophet’s Companions in number, it often happened that when the Prophet would stand to pray, his detractors would come near him and whistle and clap in order to disturb him, but the Prophet did not even once show his anger at such acts. He always opted for the policy of tolerance and avoidance of confrontation.

According to a tradition recorded in the Sahih of Imam Muslim, when the Prophet’s opponents greatly increased their persecution, his Companions asked him to curse them. At this the Prophet replied, “I have not been sent to lay a curse upon men but to be a blessing to them.” His opponents continued to treat him and his Companions unjustly and cruelly, but he always prayed for them.

Once he was so badly stoned by his enemies that the blood began to spurt from all over his body. This happened when he went to Ta’if, where the Hijaz aristocracy used to while away their summer days. When he attempted to call them to Islam, instead of listening to his words of wisdom, they set the street urchins upon him, who kept chasing him till nightfall. Even at that point, when he was utterly exhausted and bleeding from head to foot, all he said was, “O my Lord, guide my people along the true path, as they are ignorant of the truth.”

His heart was filled with intense love for all human kind irrespective of caste, creed, or color. Once he advised his Companions to regard all people as their brothers and sisters. He added, “You are all Adam’s offspring and Adam was born of clay.

According to a hadith, the Prophet once said, “A true believer is one with whom others feel secure. One who returns love for hatred.” The Prophet made it clear that one who would only return love for love was on a lower ethical plane. We should never think that we should treat people well only if they treat us well. We should, rather, be accustomed to being good to those who are not good to us and to not wronging those who harm us

The cartoon drawing they depict as being of Muhammad(S.A.W) is an act of how small their brains are. And why?   Baraa bin Aazib (RA) relates that:   “Rasullullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) was a man of a medium build, (slightly tall, as explained before); he had broad shoulders (from which we may gather that he had a wide chest); he had dense hair which reached his ear-lobes; he wore a red striped lungi (a cloth worn around the legs) and shawl. I never saw anybody or anything more handsome than him”.

Our Prophet(S.A.W)was man of smart intellect ,love and compassion for all mankind. His teaching, ways and methods have touched people around the world. He was a man of distinction, honesty and integrity and he loved his ummah. This man taught us how to care for our parents, our wifes and children. This man taught us to never engage in Adultery. This man taught us via the Quraan that drinking alcohol is forbidden as excess alcohol can cause the mind to become corrupt and out of control, leading to rape.

This man taught us to help our neighbour no matter what their race. This man taught us how to reach out to the poor and needy by giving zakat from our wealth, an obligation on every earing Muslim throughout the world. Just imagine, if all of humanity gave just 2.5% a year, how famine could be resolved.

Its very painful when someone try to insult your Beloved...we should remember how the prophet dealt with the Disbeliever with patience and Wisdom.. Allah later made him Victorious!!..

Lets show our real intellect in dealing with these type of people and show more unity than ever before, spell out beautiful hadith that the Prophet Pbuh taught us, and let the Non Muslims who do want to know more about this man, to be shown the amazing beautiful character of the Prophet pbuh, such that they will think: “How can such a man with such values and teachings ever promote terrorism and hatred?” Now, that’s for you and I to deliver to not only the Non Musims, but to the entire Ummah too… Let’s do it . Are you ready?

May the blessings of Allah be on his Noble Soul..

May Allah save us from Fire and the unbelievers

Amin
