With the current political equations, If GEJ wins and rules till 2019, the North will be gearing to take over from him.
That's another 8 Years.

If Buhari wins, it is back to the North once more.

It is unfair that a vibrant ethnic group full of intellectuals and gurus are not even considered as factors in the Nigerian political equation, Sad!

All those Igbos like Berem and co shouting Sai this and Sai that.. Which way Igbo Kwenu?

Lets share our views..

Blame ibo people for their own political and social miscalculations..

Attaining he seat of power = Political alignment, reaching out to folks beyond your region and cultivating credible and upstanding candidates which they haven't done.

So far, no damn tribe can boast of a credible and upstanding candidate. We've been ruled mostly by Hausa/Fulani/Yoruba and what is the present situation of the country?

Do you even have any rights to insult your clueless president when you a Nigerian citizen don't even know his tribe? He has ruled you for over four years and you still don't know that he's not an Igbo man?

God will never bless Nigeria when people in Nigeria reason the way they do...

This is an ibo administration whether you admit it or not! President Jonathan has stated categorically at different fora that the ibos are the pillars of his Administration so what more evidence do you need?

for your information, even if jonathan wins and power later returns to north, the northern president will have to pick a yoruba as vice. So igbos just be patient for may be 50 yrs minimum More.

Most of them insult other tribes and expect you to support their political aspiration in return. I know they have some respectful Igbos but the respectful ones have zero to no voice when it comes to making decision.

When you say "he who pays the piper dictates the tune" I hope you are not trying to say the coming elections will be rigged? Please and please don't encourage that illegality because it will affect all of us in an adverse way but am sure it will be resolved amicably by the UN at worst.......the Laurent gbagbo experience in ivory coast comes to mind.

One thing is for sure,President Jonathan can't remain in office beyond May 29,2015 even if they rig out GMB.The most important thing for Nigerians is to be rid of this administration.

God Bless.

That is why we keep asking fellow Ndigbo to actively support APC. With APC, Ndigbo will be active in the administration and by 2019 or 2023 Ndigbo will be well position for the VP (in 2019) or President (in 2023). But what we have are some people demonizing a vibrant and progressive National Political Party.

Also, I wish to sound it clear that Nigeria will NOT divide, it is time that Ndigo will participate fully in Nigeria's system and not one leg in - another leg outside.

I believe the administration of Buhari will benefit Ndigbo as we will get our full share of any government policies and programmes. Thank God for Rochas, Ogbonnia Onu and Ngigi who kept the flame alive.

We only have one country being Nigeria, let help in making it work.

Igbo people will rule only when they start tolerating other tribes.

Igbos see yoruba/hausa as inferior to them and that they don't need them for anything, obasanjo rode on the hausa back to become president, Buhari has support of the yorubas now.

Until the igbos realise that they need the "votes" of other tribe and see them as kinsmen, then will the igbos rule.

Even if Biafra is created an Eboe will not rule how much more Nigeria. Let us be serious please,How can Eboe rule Nigeria, what kind of joke is that?
I do not know why people like to heat up the polity. It is a settled matter that that position is strictly forbidden and a no-go area for Eboes. That is part of the condition of Biafran surrender so people should stop being . Eboes can only watch others become president but they cannot do it.

Who is the upstanding candidate? What about a name or two?

Btw, ibo people are majorly part of every single administration in the history of Nigerian either as President, head of state, vice president, senate leader, party chairman, SFG, ministers, governors, agency directors, institution heads like the CBN and so on ....

Your governors collects taxes and allocations, but not 1 of them have built 1 single classroom since 1999, they haven't commissioned any major project in years and maybe even since 1999.

You are part of the mess and you participated actively from Stella Oduah to the rest of the crooks from your side of the country so don't come here missyarning about Hausa Yoruba. ibo people are very dominant in this worthless and the most corrupt administration in the history of Nigeria..
