I'm in the process of purchasing a vehicle. It went smoothly until I got to the shipping part of the process. That was when issues started coming up. I was forced to pay for stuff like redelivery fee, loading fee and ectn certificate all of which were not budgeted and for which there was no prior education or warning on auctionexport.com . As if that wasn't enough, I was billed for late payments even when my bills[b][/b] were fully settled without any recourse to me. Simply forced down my throat.Im still disputing the late fees that were automatically added to my invoice.

I think it's absolutely absurd that I have to pay a loading fee to put parts in my OWN FULLY paid container. Just so frustrating

I would be lying if I said I'm happy or satisfied with the process cos I'm NOT!

Can I pay for the car after delivery?
We require the full payment before delivery because we need to buy the car for the client from the seller and we need to pay for transportation services as well. The whole team was extremely helpful right before the purchase decision was made through to transportation, shipment and delivery. Even when there seemed to be delays in the shipment and I was naturally agitated as I thought it was all just a scam, I received assurances throughout the process from the team at Auction Export. I received updates along the way especially with the online tracking service. The agent at the destination port was also very helpful and cleared my car for me in record time.
