It happened same thing last month Nd now this month too... saw blood in my underwear yesterday nd it was just 18days after my monthly thingy... what could be this causes... it often itches me buh not that serious itching. could it be infection or something.. |

Dr Dastardly in the building! We call it spoting blood and its not a very good sign. Say now when last did you have unprotected sex? I need this for accurate diagnosis, as it might be a case of advanced stage of untreated or poorly treated STI or STD. This when neglected can lead infertility. |

A small amount of bleeding before your menstrual period is usually nothing to worry about, but continual spotting could signal a health problem . just go for checkup to be on a safer side. |

Hi there, it's normal for some ladies to bleed during or around ovulation and even experience light cramping, this could be the culprit  As for the itching, it's most likely a yeast infection. Use a canesten cream, in addition to that make sure you always wash/sanitize your hands and wear cotton underwear. Use a mild scent free or hypoallergenic soap to wash your private area, keep it nice and clean. *Hugs* you'll be alright ok, smile  |

Hey don't be mislead by what people here are saying. As far as there is itching, it is a symptom of an infection. I would have recommend something for you but u need to go for a medical check up to confirm the type of STD infection. |
