That red basking fluid
That sticky shiny liquid
Flowing through the veins
Smoothing the arteries...

In it lies the spice of Life
Its redness preaches its value,
Its brightness professes its strength
The delicacy of its nature astounds the greatest of Mankind's physician

Blood! That warm matrix,
That assembled solution traveling back and forth the Human body
The Heart pumping it ceaselessly
The skin covering up its mission...

I gazed at the sight of blood donation
I recall the big bag collecting the donor's precious fluid
All for the preservation of Life;
Lives of fellowmen whose body craves the Continuity of their existence
Lives of people whom The Physician has stated to "You need blood transfusion!"

Then I looked up to the White skies
I thought in depth about my well being and fervency; and
I thanked The Giver of Life and blessed The Holy of Holies
I adored God for this magnificent gift - My Blood!.
