Op,
Pour smoothly grinded fresh pepper in a needed proportion in a clean cooking pot with fresh palm oil at once with a pinch of salt, add the water from already cooked meat, put on fire and cover to cook for some mins then add maggi/seasoning/spices as the case maybe and as desired and the cooked meat too and cover to cook on moderate heat for like 20 mins.
And its done.

Its been more than a year I stopped frying my stew.

Blend tomatoes,pepper,tatashe and onions
Pour into a pot and let it steam till the water completely dries out

Pour vegetable oil and add sauce like curry powder, seasoning(cubes or powder) and salt

Add your already steamed meat or fried meat/chicken and stir

Keep stiring so that it doesn't get burnt

Add a little water and allow to cook for 5mins

Your stew is ready.

cheesy cheesy

Pls why dnt u fry when u still add oil?
Me, I dnt add any season unless it's natural, not even Maggi. I fry with little oil to make it vry dry cos when it taste fresh, I do feel like vomiting it when eating.

Gather all the ingredients on the table, gaze at it for 10minutes, take seven steps forward, and seven steps backwards, say tufikwa seven times, hit your cooking spoon 10 times on the kitchen wall.
The result, is amazing

if you dont want to fry it to retain the nutrients of the tomato, just prepare it as you want to then add a little potash(half maggi cube quantity for regular pot size) to kill that raw tomato taste.... Do it and thank me later...

yes its soo very possible... prepare the stew as you would want it prepared except that you dont fry the tomato. Instead, U add a little potash to kill the raw taste and it will come out great.

without adding potash, you'll still get that raw tomato taste

not if you add potash.... Try it and thank me later.. Potash has alot of uses that I'm even suprised some women dont know about... It kills that sour raw tomato taste and makes the unfried tomato taste like it was fried first...
