Job Specification:

 Maintain and support Microsoft technology stack for continued growth.
 Maintain and administration of server infrastructure .
 Ensuring servers and desktops/laptops/printers(computing devices) etc and all appropriate hardware and software are also updated.
 Be a key member of help desk and provide external support to other sites.
 Provide support on Switches/Routers/Firewalls and VPNs
 Assist in on-going IT projects and major updates


Requirement


 A University Degree preferably in Computer Science or a numerate field.
 Microsoft Certifications(MCITP, MCSE)
 At least 3 years experience in the an IT function.
 Desirable skills are experience with Windows , Microsoft and Networking technologies.
 Dynamic, self motivated individual, able to work independently as well as in teams
 Excellent networking skills.
 Great presentation skills
 Excellent Oral and written communication
 Must have a high level of interpersonal skills.
 Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, internal and external constituents.
 Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
