ProfGday: My local way of dealing with this kind of moles skin bump: I used to cut it with scissors (cut off completely) then apply kanhun (rock salt) on the wound by placing a small stone size of rock salt on the wound for about 3-5 minutes to dry off some fluid from the wound. The rock salt then placed on the wound (not moving around the wound because by moving around the wound after healing the scare size would be bigger than supposed to be). Afterward the wound was clean with water and left to heal. After healing a small scare was left. I remember I used to sterile the scissors by placing it on fire to "kill" the any germ or virus etc on the scissors hands.
