hello guys, i will really appreciate if someone that is sure of the answer to help me out with some programing questions, i will be writing java exam on the 26th of this month, which is nextweek monday. The questions goes thus:

(a) (i) Write a java statement that declares console to be a Scanner object for inputting data from the standard input device.
(ii) Write Java statements that declare and initialize the following named constants: SECRET of type int initialized to 11; RATE of type double initialized to 12. 50

(b) Given a quadratic equation:
ax^2 + bx + c = 0
a != 0 (a not equal to 0)
Write a detailed java program for implementing the quadratic equation.
