Jonathan Summons Christian Leaders To Abuja

Facing the prospects of a resounding loss of the

Facing the prospects of a resounding loss of
the presidency in three weeks, President
Goodluck Jonathan at the weekend summoned
Christian leaders to a meeting on Monday at the
National Ecumenical Centre in Abuja.

At the event, which comes after several of the
Christian leaders publicly turned their backs on
his campaign, sources say Jonathan will ask
them what he can do differently to earn their
support.

A series of reports from the field reportedly
shows that Vice-Presidential candidate of the All
Progressives Congress, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, to
be making progress with a lot of religious
leaders, especially in the North.

Several of the delegates that have arrived in
Abuja said they were invited by a variety of
bodies, including the Christian Association of
Nigeria (CAN), which is headed by President
Jonathan’s friend, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.

And here was what this man told the Emir of Kano on his recent visit:

“I will say never in the history of this country
have we faced the kind of very serious
challenges as we are facing now. The whole
politicking had been turned into religion of
ethnic matters and this should not be so
because we see what happens across the
world.

“We are worried because religion has been
brought into it. We made it very clear in 2011,
there was no way religion would be a part in
the election campaigns or even the election itself.
Can we all now see what a hypocrite our dear president is?? Smh.

Fellow Christians, we need to wake up this this slow poke of a president dividing this country along religion line.
he should understand the gravity of this move and this can never be acceptable for a united Nigeria.
why should he call to summit Christian religion leaders at this volatile period. do ur campaign dont drag Christianity into it cause ur Job specification includes equal service to Nigerians be it Muslim, pagan and Christians.

as for me and my household, we are done with GEJ.
SAI FeBUHARI.

This man is a joke. No wonder he's parading himself with comedians. He's learning fast. Comedy would suit him.

Yes u're right. We need prayers to pamper Diezani Madueke so that she could continue fleecing the Country in the name of Aircraft Charter.

We need prayers to fall under the anointing and see vision that Jonathan and Alimodu Sheriff are deeply involved as the major forces behind Boko Haram.

We also need prayers to see through Ayo Oritsejafor's Scam in peddling malicious lies against Buhari and the entire Muslim Community just to portray Jonathan in good light.

We need prayers to know that ALL these Religious Leaders give no f.uck about the masses except for their stomachs & pockets.

We need prayers most especially to know that we now have less than $2 Billion in our Foreign Reserve as against the $65 Billion Yaradua left.

Pray! Pray! Pray! Until Yahweh & Jesus descend to Nigeria and fix everything for us just like they did in America, Israel & Germany.

Imagine the outrage if it was Buhari who called a meeting of Muslim leaders. God the eternal judge is going to deal with this fraud of a president sooner or later. In the meantime he must be clearly and convincingly voted out next month.

My brother, you have contested the Presidential elections 3 times in
this country and in all these times, you have never asked me or my
people at Shagari village to support your bid. It is very obvious why
you can't do that. You don't have the courage after what you did to
me. You truncated democracy with a dastardly coup and took away
power from me.You humiliated me and made me to suffer, and you
took away my opportunity to RULE Nigeria. You said you do not
want democracy in Nigeria.. The same democracy you truncated,
you are fighting hard to get with desperation and diabolical power.
You have entered into unholy alliance with some known elements of
disunity in the south but let me warn you. You will suffer hard in the
hands of Tinubu and his political merchants who will use and dump
you as they did to Nuhu. In 2011, you cried publicly when you lost
election, and you made provocative and inciting statements that
plunged this country into untoward unrest. You provoked our hot-
blooded youths with war cries which erupted into post election
violence, that brought Boko Haram into existence, over 500 innocent
Nigerians died instantly, most of them youth corpers deployed from
one of the unifying agencies of this country. Personally,I do not have
a problem with your ambition. It is your arrogance that bothers me. If
you cannot summon the courage to ask me and my family to vote
for you because you know we would not,why do you think Nigerians
would look kindly on your past record of destroying a progressing
democratic institutions painfully put in place by some respected
fathers of this nations like Awolowo and Azikiwe. No my brother. It is
time to wake up from your delusion and do the needful if you still
have some conscience. I am not writing this to you with vengeance
intention. I am a practicing Muslim and we leave matters of
vengeance to Allah. I write to you as a Nigerian, your brother and a
statesman who is deeply concerned.Quit the presidential race now
and save this country from the dangling sword of Damocles being
menacingly wield by the crooks who surround you. This elections is
not about you or President Goodluck Jonathan. It is about the unity
of Nigeria which can only be assured by being fair. By this I
mean, being fair to the people of Niger Delta. We can only do this by
either re-electing Goodluck or substitute him with any of his kinsmen
from the South-south as that can only count fair for a people who are
entitled to 8 years in the office of the President. For the elders
council in the north,we have come to the conclusion to work towards
realizing that fairness. 4 years more is not eternity. It is not too
much of a concession for us to make to move Nigeria forward as one
indivisible and united country under one God. May Allah open your
mind to see reason.God bless Nigeria~~ Alhaji Shehu Shagari

Let no one be deceived, President Jonathan is no Christian and he does not in any way represent the values, beliefs or interests of Nigerian Christians. He is only using religion selfishly to boost his own chances for reelection.
