Earlier this month, we witnessed the launch of Xiaomi’s line of new products which blew our minds as we had no clue until a day before the event that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer was going to launch a new range of smartphones and other devices.

The launch unveiled a new line of flagship phones, the Xiaomi Mi Note and the Mi Note Pro which the Mi Note sold out in just three minutes after it went on sale on Tuesday Morning in China.

As at now we are uncertain how many devices were sold out, but for what we know, 220 Million reservations were made for the mobile device (bear in mind that despite the fact that 220 million people have made reservations for the device doesn’t mean they are actually going to buy it).

Xiaomi has projected to sell 100 million devices in 2015 which is a lip a jump from the 61.1 million sold in 2014. Yesterday we had reports coming in which shows that Xiaomi was working on a new program to allow iPhone users to trade in their phone for either the Mi Note or the Mi Note Pro. The news seems to be legit as the CEO of Xiaomi Lei Jun made the statement on weibo.
