Majority of uncollected PVC's in Lagos state (over 50%) belong to non-indigenes especially Igbos in Lagos.

APC has planted its agents as INEC Adhoc staff. PVC's with non-Yoruba names have been set aside, and when their owners emerge they are deliberately frustrated or delayed, some asked to pay money.

I have confirmed this incident from at least 4 people and I call on the authorities to look into it.

So true, Op you forgot to mention Ojo local Government Area (with a large population of non indegenes) which is worst hit. I and brother have been frequenting the LGA headquaters to no avail. INEC staff are just not giving any meaning explaination to folks out here. I observed a strange happening in the ward near my office, the INEC staff snicks in codedly with the pvc, shall makes some calls and some people comes to collect theirs, then she sneaks out again.

and u are one of the people Shouting that the election should go on the 14 of feb when one of ur oga's av not receive his.

It's is very sad because I have heard 25 non indigenes who had gone like 6 good times to pick their PVCs but wouldn't see their names or being delayed or ask to bring money.Regrettably and especially the igbos can't see their names on INEC lists.APC has planted their men everywhere to disfranchise non indigenes.Again,all PDP posters have been removed from remote areas of Lagos and they have defaced everywhere with APC posters,in fact,it is proven that APC want the power by all means.I rest my case as non indigene friends are complaining bitterly,so guys take note.
