Hi guys, I have this HPelitepad tablet pc and it seems the manufacturers embedded the BIOS settings in the hard drive, hence if u format the harddrive u will lose the settings, I ignorantly formated the hard drive and now I can't load a new os as the tablet cannot recognise any bootable device, please what can I do?

Try system recovery. Press F11 at system start-up.

You can never format the hard disk from inside the system. except you mean the recovery partition. Also, BIOS settings is never placed on the Hard drive. Post a screenshot of what the response yoy are getting is.
