Name that newsletter!

The move to Transportation in April means a new era for all of us, and unfortunately that means One Team and Points (Rail’s monthly newsletter) will be no more. We’ll be releasing a new newsletter, with a fresh new look, to coincide with the launch of Transportation, and we’d like you to name it.

What are we looking for?
We’re after a short and snappy title that reflects the whole of the Transportation division and that will stand the test of time. Think about what Transportation means to you. Perhaps it’s something to do with movement or speed, or maybe you feel Transportation is more about delivering excellence or working together as a single team? Puns and alliteration are most definitely welcome!



We’re not looking for:

· Anything too long – try and stick to a maximum of two words. The shorter the better!

· Titles already taken by trade magazines. Bear in mind that potentially obvious titles like Transport Times and Local Transport Today already exist!

· Suggestions relating to specific services – the new newsletter should represent the breadth and depth of our business, so suggestions like The Signal or Wayfinder won’t make the cut.

All you need to do is send your suggestions to handtoneteam@atkinsglobal.com by Friday 20 February. We’ll pick a shortlist and then open it up to a public vote the following week. The winning name will be revealed on 1 April when you receive the first issue in your inbox.
