Must have been when he went to Oluwole to collect the orinals of his certificates. Buhari now holds a PHD conferred on him during this visit. |

Yes he was and it is appalling for Lagosians to behave in that manner. It is such a bad strategy for APC to deny it because it happened. Things are not so rosy as people think it is for the tinubu dynasty. The protest may not be against Buhari but tinubu in Lagos. My one kobo. |
