No 2. Look at the second picture...The blue pillow on the leg rest next to Oga Titus has the inscription "Ciroc" on it...Which means the vehicle is owned by Ciroc. They used him to "lift Oga Titus" to the event where he was given the deal.

CONCLUSION:
No.1: That is not a jet but a chauffeur-driven vehicle which belongs to Ciroc...
