The Chadian servicemen were killed in Fotokol and Gambaru. The 17 were buried on Friday at the Ndjamena Military Cemetery. Before burial, the 17 soldiers of the Chadian army were decorated posthumously by the Head of Government of Chad, Kalzeubé Payimi Deubet.
