i thought there are apps that can root a phone with the click of just 1 button. Is this method not 100percent safe ?

You always have the option of unrooting naaa esply when the root was properly done...

One of the downside of rooting is being unable to software update. And apps like DSTV drifta don't work on rooted devices...

Yet, there are still some ways you can trick these apps to think its being installed on an unrooted device...

Have you tried kingroot? I root my p4 with it. you will not get SuperSU or supeiser with it but u will get kinguser instead

I've rooted my phone dozens of times....the only danger is when you don't know what you're doing.
Rooting is merely gaining special permissions to do what you want with the phones OS(operaing system),meaning you can delete system apps,clear system logs,install foreign apps etc...
For those who are interested in rooting a phone for the first time I would recommend downloading a youtube video entailing how it's done.
You could also temporarily root your phone with some softwares that grant temporary root access.

First Download the app
Called framaroot

2. Enter framaroot app then click on
bromir a prompt message will appear
telling you have successfully root
phone you need to reboot system.
3 . Now switch off your Android phone,
reboot your phone to recovery mod by
pressing POWER BUTTON and KEY
VOLUME UP , hold it till recovery mode
appear with Android robot locate
REBOOT SYSTEM
4. Then click on the first home button
on your
Android menus your phone will reboot
it self ..
that’s all you have root your Android
phone in just few minutes.

That's one of the downsides of BB. the fone is a master of a very few things#unlike its ANDRIOD counterpart
