Lovers Day or Sinners Day?

My heart perceives, but can't deduce,
Eye witnessed, yet can't decipher,
Solely, it leaves my mouth ajar,
With countless atrocities, it entails,
Painfully, it has no bound.

Lovers day as the name implies,
Accosted with worldly goodies,
Embellished with unholy abnormalities,
Yet, it's been celebrated with all abilities.

Apparently, it can't be found in our culture,
Neither does it have a way in scriptures,
Diabolically, in our lives it still feature,
Only but to deter a glowing future.

Lovers day or sinners day?
A day full of immoral mixture,
Finding a colourful ambition to capture,
Striving to leave an imminent suture,
In a glorious life already in rapture.

Lovers day or sinners day?
A day some ignorants get deflowered,
Only for the cost of a blossom flower,
Actually to decline not beyond their power,
But in romance, they get over-powered,
And till eternity they live to wonder.

Only to figure a day as lovers day,
It's absurd, if well observed,
For all other days are not for haters,
A single day to show love in a year,
With 364 days for hatred?.
