So when you add someone in your Whatsapp using the same name(or has the same number) as it in your phone contacts, Whatsapp might have automatically deleted one of them. Nothing is wrong with your phone. The 3G service in your area is not strong.

Thanks. But that was what I thought till i found out that all my friends in this same area has the H+ on their phones (Infinix, Lenovo, HTC, Tecno H7 etc). The lowest their phone goes is H.

i need help plz...i dont know if i've deleted any system file on my infinix zero x506 but i discovered that i could no longer make calls with/on chat apps like whatsapp, skype, tango....when/if i make or get call(s), a "connecting" notification is displayed but the connection is never made. gurus in the house plz bail me out. thanks in advance.
