Try logging in in safe mode, okay? If logging in with your account still gives no success, try logging in with another account, and if yours is the only one, then check if there is an account named Administrator. If there is, log in through that, make a new account and recover your documents specific to the other one, before attempting to delete it. The hitch here might be that you may not see an account named administrator, and if you don't, things get tricky. You might need a Windows 7 repair disc possibly. (I just assume it's 7.) |
