JOB TITLE: Administrative assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs administrative and office support activities whilst ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
• Answer and assists customers and staff inquiries
• Write business letters, reports, memos e.t.c
• Receive, sort and forward all incoming mails to the appropriate staff
• Purchase, receive and store office supplies
• Code and file documents
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and any other staff
• Process accounts payable and ensure timeliness and accurate information


QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of an OND degree in any business, computer or office management field.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Excellent oral and written skills
• Organization, Problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Extensive computer Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Analysis and Reporting Skills
