Lolz. Dearie, the explanation is simple concerning e-transactions. You'd be required to provide the 16 digits on frontal part of your card. Eg; 1234 5678 9012 3456. Once you've supplied this, you'd be asked to provide you Card Verification Value (Security) which is a 3 digit pin at the back of the card. Eg; 112.

After this, you'd be ask to provide your DOB (although not in all cases). You'd also be asked to provide the expiration date on your card. Eg; 01/20.

Next, you may be taken to your card's homepage. In my case, I'm redirected to "Verified by Visa" page where I confirm some details and voila, end of transaction.

So how is pin requested for in this regard Even Quickteller online does not request for pin. NO WEBSITE WOULD ASK FOR YOUR PIN! The best they can ask for is a token generated code. Lobatangrin

700-1000naira - cafe charge for d registration(varies frm one cafe to d other)...

Dats it for now.
Buh if we are gonna use nysc reg scratch card as speculated, dats 1500 naira.

3k is for those who chose to get instant call up no: and print their letter online without going 2their school...as per the fee been paid 4d registration, it all depends on the location of the person...here in owerri the highest fee is 1K...others charge N800...( BUT don't forget that if u r very good when it comes to online tinx, den u can even spend as low as N300...all u need2do is get a system,and a sharp modem...meet those guys that do sell MTN,GLO cards n sim, collect their thumb print device, connect 2ur system...then 4d passport n signature, u can even use ur phone 2snap on a white background and upload...BUT I dnt encourage this for people that aint computer Gurus.
EXCEPT NYSC decides to bring a new scheme regards online reg

I av bin smiling since.... D guy no wan gree. Actually, card pin is not needed. Bin using master card like forever for transactions.
I knw zenith $ gtb uses securecode and u av a password(buh not ur atm card pin) to enta at d final stage of confirming d transaction. Other finz needed to fill is d card number(16 digits in front), cvc @ d back of d card, month $ year of expiration of d card.
