Nigeria’s Super Falcons will confront Mali in the final round of qualifiers for the women football event of the 11th All Africa Games in Congo Brazzaville later in the year. Gabon who were to square up with the Malians pulled out from the football event of the quadrennial showpiece. The first leg of the qualifying fixture will take place in Bamako on Sunday, March 22 while the decisive leg holds in Nigeria in fortnight. The reigning African champions have returned to camp in Abuja at the weekend and will also be preparing for the qualifiers of the women football tournament of the 2016 Olympic Games against the same Malians as well as the 7th Fifa Women’s World Cup finals in Canada this summer. Falcons will campaign in Group D together with former champions, USA, Sweden and Australia at the global football fiesta. 1 Like
