uboma: Are they saying no car should exceed 100km/h on all Nigerian roads, are this people silly or jobless, so how would they know I have a speed limiter installed will they enter the car and ask me to try and exceed 100km/h or what. |

uboma: look at this big picture are they financially able to do it ? number of cars in nigeria multiply that cost per vehicle or are they able to force every car owner to finance his/her limiter |
