JOB Descriptions

This job entails
Using variety of system software packages to keep company’s record such as Microsoft packages.
Book appointments and manage schedule
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Creating invoices and way-bills
Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
Liaising and managing staffs in other departments and with external contacts;
Other duties may apply

JOB requirement

The ideal candidate must be creative and attentive to details.
Must be a good team player and be able to work with her own initiative.
Minimum qualification- OND or BSC
Must be a computer literate
Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.
You must be leaving local around Isolo, Ejigbo and Ikotun.
