Babe, go to a teaching/specialist hospital and request to see an ophthalmologist. You would be just fine afterwards.

Get well speedily for us.

It might be an infection. Are you sexually active? And are your eyes tearing as well?

Go to a Pharmacy and buy Penicillin ointment for the eyes. That should work.

If vision is not affected, that is great sign.

Ocular pruritus can be as simple as allergic conjunctivitis or more complex. You may need to see an ophthalmologist, but they can be quite expensive visit.

I can suggest things trial of things or request from PCP first, and if no success can then see optho.

These suggestion should cover a range of causes of eye itchiness:

A; pay attention to triggers and avoid or limit them. For you I think you need to limit the amount of time you glare at screens (TV, cell phone, reading etc
B: apply cool compress to eye, proper eye hygiene
C: Get and apply artificial tears or lubricating ointments
D: if you wear glasses or contact lens, see optician for a refit/eye testing.
E: Topical antihistamines or topical corticosteroids, topical NSAIDs (tho, I don't advice this w/o an optho c/s first)

If you have history of allergies, asthma, skin issues: I will then suspect allergic conjunctivitis. If you don't know what triggers it; see an allergist and get a skin patch testing to identify allergen

Good luck
