I used to do this act some years back, because I felt it helps me reduce the urge to lust after women... Quitting masturbation is a serious issue, infact breaking addiction to masturbation is more serious than breaking addiction to hard drugs. I suggest u pray about it, try and get rid of all things relating to porn around you in ur phone and surrounding, try to examine yourself and ascertain what triggers u to do it, whenever that trigger is about to begin get ur mind busy with something else, get a diary to document ur progress, one thing that leads to masturbation in most cases is loneliness, try building healthy relationships with people around u, if u are a student, join social and religious groups that will enable u mingle, lastly, see a psychology, am a psychologist myself, but not yet practicing cos am still a student.
