Amaju Pinnick should be commended. This is a very good initiative. The courses about match reading and back room is one of the things local coaches need.

Please this shouldn't be the last. We need to ask other coaches like Sir Alex, Fabio Capello, Hiddink, etc to come teach our coaches a thing or two.

Grooming of players without benefit is not a good thing......how many of them won him silverware?
