Obviously u lack football indept knowledge or u dnt follow Mou cos d man has groomed a lot of playerz and he s still doing it letz take d french duo 4 a start (Varane n Zouma) even Hazard performance improved tremendously under Mou unlyk hiz previous performance....

Conclusion Mou n Wenger aint compareable cos one learns frm hiz mistakes n d former learns not and one knows what he wants and the former jst gat a clue of wat he wantzz...*shikena*
If you say Mourinho groomed Hazard and Varane, then you have a different meaning to the word groom. Get your facts right first before posting them here.

Wenger is 1 of d best coach in d world. mou is good but e can survive in club with low fund background. in term of bringing potentials don't compare Wenger to anyone. mou can only develop established players. sometimes even kill dem I.e mikel . but with Wenger all players must survive
And what is called survive for a player without any silverware to his name??why did the likes of fabregas and van persie leaves arsenal in the first place??mikel is not a top talent and he still one of the most succesful nigerian player to play in EPL.

Amaju Pinnick should be commended. This is a very good initiative. The courses about match reading and back room is one of the things local coaches need.

Please this shouldn't be the last. We need to ask other coaches like Sir Alex, Fabio Capello, Hiddink, etc to come teach our coaches a thing or two.

Grooming of players without benefit is not a good thing......how many of them won him silverware? Sports is all about winning and trophies.......if we really need to be winning our matches and getting trophies then wenger shldnt be d one to be advising us but the likes of Carlo Ancelotti, Simeone, Mourinho, Pep Guadiola, Sir Alex Ferguson.........Wenger lost it a long time ago.

Shut ur mouth my friend, it shows u have zero knowledge of the game, dont be spewing jargons here, was benfica a rich club? was porto a rich club? The likes of victor baia, deco, costinha, dymitri alenichev, postiga were those big money signings? He won the champions league with those group on limited funds and also did same with a relatively aging inter side, also with little funds, their is no comparism with him and that clueless old goat wenger. Is ur defination of success 4th place every season? Or going trophyless for 9 years? Only deluded arsenal fans rejoice in failure.

This pinnick guy is just a clown. Going up and down amassing estacodes in the name of senseless journeys.
All he needs to do is liase with several reputable FAs like the English and German. At very minimal cost, they will have your coaches come over for holistic update courses.
What makes him think that Wenger has the time for his lousy requests.
The other time he was visiting Pellegrini to discuss iheqnacho's future. Is he also an agent?
How and why do we always end up with these jobbers at the head of our football?

Trophyless nation with trophyless coach
I see Nigeria selling our players to other country
the likes of ihenaco and moses will receive a big offer.

Shut up! "beefer".. and tell me how many players Wenger has groomed for the last 5 years? All players coming to Arsenal since then have been flopping big time. Wenger bringing young talent na old story oo.. reference: see "sir no-goal"...... And in this last 5 years, do you know how much profit chelsea made on players? Even recently, how much did chelsea buy Schurrle and how much was he sold to Wolfsburg? Alaye... go rest

You don't groom players at senior level.

We are already doing fine at age group competitions, we don't need him

In the bid to build alliances that would strengthen football in Nigeria, NFF President, Amaju Pinnick, has revealed that his visit to Arsenal was not to talk about players alone, as Arsene Wenger was teaching him some trade secrets, which has made Arsenal a very top side.

The president further stated that, “if you want to be the best, then you must roll with the best, as the English Premier League manager will start tutoring handlers of Nigeria national teams.

“Arsene taught me a couple of things during my visit even in administration. You need to learn from the best to be ranked among the best''. he said

“I hailed his knowledge, he’s truly a professor. It goes beyond just teaching you things on the field, there’s need to also gain some knowledge off the field too.

“He has also pledged to make himself available to us whenever we needed to train our senior coaches, Arsene was overwhelmed by our visit.” -

Truth be told Mikel wud hav bin worse off under Ferguson @ man utd cos of d racist scott idealogy of not wanting black players due to nationz cup bin held n Jan(Manucho,Anderson) are typical examples n a major reason Mikel was deployed @ d defensive midfield role was as a result of Makele departure n sumone was nided to fill d void little wonder He Mikel was @ a tym compared to hiz master Makele

Doing fine at age. Have we ever won under 20 FIFA world cup? That's to say there are still areas that need to be touched even in our under aged football.

Is it not really better for people to say, Wenger is at best, a talent scout, talent groomer etc than a coach?

I understand very well that he's good with spotting talents and nurturing them.
But hey, that's not what wins big games.
Good coaching wins big games.

Is it not time he takes talent scouting job full time and leave coaching jobs to the real coaches?

What I'd seen Wenger do over the years is sort of, trying to do two jobs at once.
